Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we offer a no questions asked replacement. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Replacement

1.  Fill out our Contact Form including your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2.  Our team will process your request promptly and ship out your replacement.

3.  No returns required — keep or dispose of the faulty item as you see fit.

We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days to confirm your replacement.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you select your items carefully.
